You post your project for free — describe the work, your timeline, and your budget range. Boojee reviews it, confirms scope, and opens it to our vetted contractor network. You receive a minimum of three competing bids within 48 hours. You choose who to hire, we handle the contract, escrow, and delivery.
Your payment is held by Boojee — not released to the contractor — until the project passes a final walkthrough. If the work has punch items, they must be resolved before funds move. If a contractor abandons the project or fails to deliver, Boojee steps in to remediate at no additional cost to you.
All licensed trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, flooring, painting, carpentry, landscaping, pool service, and full renovation management. Projects range from $500 repairs to $50K+ estate renovations. If it requires a licensed contractor and a permit, we can scope and manage it.
Every contractor in the Boojee network submits proof of license, general liability insurance, and trade certifications before they can bid on a single project. We also verify completed project history and conduct a network interview. No exceptions — no one bids on your project without passing the full vetting stack.
That's what the Boojee Guarantee covers. If a contractor doesn't complete the scope as written, fails the walkthrough, or goes unresponsive, we step in. We source a replacement contractor, manage the remediation, and release payment only when you sign off. Your money never moves without your approval.
