Post a job.
Contractors bid.
BOOJEE coordinates payment status through approved third-party providers.
Describe your maintenance need. Vetted contractors submit competitive bids. Payment stays in third-party payment coordination until the work is done to your standard.
Post to paid — four clear steps.
No middlemen hunting quotes for you. Post your job directly, review bids in your dashboard, and funds don't move until you say the work is done.
Describe the work, your location, and any budget range. Photos welcome. Your post reaches contractors on the platform immediately.
Contractors submit their quotes, timelines, and credentials. You review each bid side by side and message contractors directly with questions.
Accept a bid and fund the project amount into BOOJEE third-party payment coordination. The contractor sees confirmed funding and schedules work. No money moves yet.
When work meets your standard, you release funds. Dispute? BOOJEE mediates with documented evidence before anything is paid out.

The BOOJEE Escrow Standard.
We hold the money so neither side has to trust a stranger.
When you accept a bid and fund the project, your payment moves into BOOJEE third-party payment coordination — not to the contractor. Funds are released only when you confirm satisfactory completion. If there's a dispute, BOOJEE mediates with documented evidence from both sides before any payment is made.
Escrow covers the agreed project amount. Platform fee is charged on completed projects only. BOOJEE does not guarantee contractor outcomes — we hold funds and mediate disputes with documented evidence. See full terms at BOOJEE.estate/terms/.
How third-party payment coordination tracks your project.
Every project on BOOJEE Maintenance follows the same five-stage flow. Your money doesn't move until you say so. Click each stage to see what happens.
You've accepted a bid and funded the full project amount into BOOJEE third-party payment coordination. Your payment is held — not sent to the contractor. The contractor can see the confirmed funding and schedules the work. Neither side can release funds without your action.
What contractor profiles look like.
When you post a job, you review profiles like these before accepting any bid. No anonymous quotes — every bidder shows credentials.
These are illustrative sample profiles showing the format and honest data fields you will see when contractors apply to bid on your job. BOOJEE does not fabricate ratings, review counts, or job history. Verified badge means the contractor submitted license and insurance documentation that passed our intake review — it does not guarantee work quality or outcomes.

Common questions.
How does BOOJEE third-party payment coordination work?
When you accept a bid, the project amount is held in BOOJEE third-party payment coordination. The contractor is paid only after you confirm satisfactory completion. If there's a dispute, BOOJEE mediates and can release or refund funds based on documented evidence.
How do I know contractors are qualified?
Every contractor completes an application, provides license and insurance documentation, and is reviewed by BOOJEE before being approved to bid. We do not guarantee contractor outcomes, but we vet access to the platform.
What kinds of jobs can I post?
Any home or estate maintenance work: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, painting, general repairs, pool maintenance, and more. If it's a physical job on your property, you can post it.
Is there a fee to post a job?
Posting a job is free for homeowners. BOOJEE charges a platform fee on completed jobs — taken from the contractor payout, not from the homeowner.
How quickly will I receive bids?
Timing depends on job type and your area. BOOJEE does not guarantee a minimum number of bids or a response window. For urgent work, note that in the job description.
What if the work isn't done correctly?
Do not release third-party payment coordination until you are satisfied. If you release payment and later find an issue, contact BOOJEE support within 72 hours of completion. Escrow disputes are handled case-by-case with documented evidence.
Can I see contractor credentials before accepting a bid?
Yes. Each contractor's profile shows their trade categories, license status (as submitted to us), and insurance documentation. You can also message contractors with questions before accepting any bid.
