Terms of Service

1. General Terms
By using any BOOJEE Estate service — including this website, Boojee Clean, Boojee Maintenance, Boojee Rides, Boojee Stays, Credit Autopilot, AI Front Desk, cloud hosting, and any digital products — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
References to "Boojee," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Boojee Estate and its operators. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. These terms may be updated periodically; continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance.
2. AI Front Desk Services
2.1 AI Front Desk — Self-Serve Plans (Starter / Pro / Done-For-You)
Starter ($49/mo), Pro ($158/mo), and Done-For-You ($358/mo) are self-serve monthly plans billed with no minimum term. No contracts. Cancel anytime by emailing hello@boojee.estate — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the current period is non-refundable. Target go-live is 72 hours from signup.
BOOJEE does not guarantee specific business outcomes. We guarantee a working, trained AI front desk delivered per the agreed scope.
2.2 AI Front Desk — Legacy / White-Glove Package
The Legacy / White-Glove package ($498 one-time setup + $198/mo) is a done-for-you service in which BOOJEE Estate builds, trains, and deploys a custom AI receptionist for your business with full manual configuration by our team. The service includes AI persona configuration, FAQ training, booking integration, lead capture routing, website installation, and 30-day post-launch support.
Build begins upon receipt of your completed intake form. Target go-live is 7 days from intake submission. Delays caused by incomplete information, inaccessible credentials, or non-responsive client review will extend the timeline accordingly.
The $198/mo ongoing management includes conversation review, AI retraining, escalation tuning, monthly performance reports, and priority support. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice to hello@boojee.estate. Current billing period is non-refundable upon cancellation. The one-time $498 setup fee is non-refundable once the build has started.
2.3 AI Disclaimer
AI responses are generated based on training data provided. BOOJEE does not monitor live conversations in real time and is not liable for inaccurate AI responses, missed leads, or customer actions taken based on AI output. Clients in regulated industries are solely responsible for compliance.
3. Digital Products
Digital products (PDF guides, playbooks, reports) are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation via email link, typically within minutes. Download links expire 48 hours from delivery — save your file immediately after downloading.
- All digital product sales are final once the download link has been delivered or accessed
- Products are licensed for personal or single-business use only
- Redistribution, resale, or commercial reproduction requires written consent from BOOJEE Estate

4. Website Audit
The Website Audit is delivered within 48 hours of purchase. It includes a conversion audit, SEO gap analysis, and prioritized fix list — but does not include implementation of any fixes. If we miss the 48-hour window, you are entitled to a full refund or extended delivery at your choice.
5. Boojee Clean
Quick summary: Cancel 72+ hours out → full refund. Cancel 24–72 hours out → 50% deposit kept. Cancel under 24 hours or no-show → deposit non-refundable. If we cancel on you → full refund, always.
A booking deposit is collected via Stripe at scheduling and applied toward the total service cost. Every service concludes with a room-by-room walkthrough. Issues identified after the crew departs must be reported within 24 hours; we will return within 48 hours at no charge.
Boojee Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile or unsecured items, or conditions resulting from events outside our control.
6. Boojee Maintenance
Quick summary: Boojee connects property owners with vetted contractors. Boojee holds escrow and manages the process — contractors are independent businesses, not Boojee employees.
Boojee Maintenance is a two-sided marketplace. Boojee's role is to post listings, vet contractors, facilitate bidding, hold escrow, and coordinate walkthroughs. Boojee is not a contractor and is not a party to the service agreement between Client and Contractor.
Disputes must be reported within 7 days of project completion to projects@boojee.estate. Boojee mediates disputes and holds escrow release pending resolution. Boojee's maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the escrow amount for that project.
7. Subscriptions & Recurring Services
Recurring subscriptions (AI Front Desk, Credit Autopilot, Boojee Rides, Boojee Stays monthly plans, and cloud hosting) are billed on the interval specified at purchase. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued unless explicitly stated in the service tier description.
Subscription prices may change with 30 days written notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
8. Payments & Disputes
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. BOOJEE does not store payment card information.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting BOOJEE may result in service suspension. We are committed to resolving issues directly — email office@boojee.estate before initiating a dispute.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BOOJEE Estate's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
BOOJEE is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, property damage beyond direct service scope, or damages from third-party contractor work.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by United States law and the law of the state in which services are rendered. Disputes not resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, on an individual (not class) basis.
