Can I book multiple services at once?
Yes. Many clients combine services — for example, booking a Move-Ready clean alongside a maintenance post for a turnover unit, or booking a Security Buildout alongside a Clean for a new estate acquisition. Contact us and we'll coordinate the scheduling.
Do you operate outside South Florida?
Cleaning crews are currently South Florida-based. Security consulting is available virtually nationwide. Maintenance is launching in additional markets — contact us about your location.
How does escrow work for Maintenance?
When you select a contractor and fund the project, payment goes into a BOOJEE-held escrow account — not to the contractor. The contractor only receives funds after you approve the completed work. If there's a dispute, BOOJEE mediates and holds the funds until resolved.
Is security consulting available for commercial properties?
