No. Each module is independent. Start with Estate Log if you own properties but don't have tenants. Add Rent Roll when you're renting. Add Tenant Portal when you want tenants to self-serve payments. You only pay for what you activate.
All data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). There's no account required, no cloud sync. Your property data stays on your device. Future versions will add optional cloud backup.
The demo version records payments locally. Production Stripe integration connects to your Stripe account — funds go directly to you. Stripe's standard 2.9% + $0.30 applies to card payments. Boojee charges no transaction fee on top of that.
