How long does it take to build my training program?

Most programs are delivered within 2–5 business days from the time we complete our intake call or receive your answers to our questionnaire. Starter programs (1 role) are typically done in 2 days. Growth programs (up to 3 roles) take 3–4 days. Complete programs (all roles) are scoped individually — typically 5–7 business days. We will give you a specific deadline before work begins, not after.

What information do you need from us to get started?

We work from a simple intake questionnaire plus a 30–60 minute kick-off call (phone or video, your choice). You don't need to prepare anything formal — just be ready to walk us through how a role works day-to-day, what tools you use, and what mistakes new hires typically make. If you have existing materials (old onboarding docs, notes, videos), those help us move faster, but they're not required. We're used to building from scratch.

What happens if our roles or processes change after delivery?

All files are yours — you can edit them at any time in whatever format they were delivered (Notion, Google Drive, or PDF). The Complete tier includes 6 months of update support, meaning you can send us changes and we'll update the documents for you. For any tier, you can also add the $198/month Maintenance Plan, where we handle all revisions on an ongoing basis so your training materials stay current as your business evolves.

Do we have to record videos, or is the script enough?

The video scripts are completely optional to use — many businesses find that the written SOPs and onboarding guide are sufficient and never record anything. If you do want to record, the scripts are written for Loom-style screen recordings or simple face-to-camera phone videos. No production setup required. We write them in plain, conversational language so you can record in one take. We can also recommend affordable teleprompter apps if you want to go that route.

We have three locations — do we need one program per location?

Not necessarily. If your locations run the same roles with the same procedures, one training program covers all of them. If locations differ significantly (different menus, different services, different software), we can scope a multi-location build with shared core content plus location-specific modules. Tell us your situation in the intake form and we'll recommend the most efficient approach. Multi-location builds are priced on scope, not per-location.
