For active disputes or regulatory investigations, you should engage an employment attorney — and having our documentation will make that process faster and cheaper.

How long does it take to get my handbook?

48 hours for a standard handbook after your onboarding intake is complete. The intake form takes about 20 minutes — we ask about your industry, state, team structure, key policies, and any existing documentation. Complex handbooks (multi-state, unionized environments, or highly regulated industries) may take 72–96 hours.

Will you update documents when laws change?

Yes — quarterly updates are included in every subscription tier. When a state minimum wage changes, a new leave law takes effect, or federal guidance shifts, we update your documents proactively. You receive an email notification with a summary of changes and updated document versions. You don't have to track anything.

What if I get a complaint or demand letter?

HR Complete subscribers have access to on-call HR advice (4 hours per month) and receive EEOC response templates as part of their package. For all tiers, we recommend engaging an employment attorney immediately upon receiving a formal complaint or demand letter.
