Do you guarantee we'll close the raise?
No, and anyone who does is lying to you — no one can guarantee an outcome, and we are not a broker-dealer or placement agent. What we deliver is a professional-grade pitch deck, defensible financial model, researched investor list, and outreach templates you run yourself — the materials that help you put your best foot forward. Most investors say the quality of the materials reflects the quality of the founder. We make sure yours reflects strong execution.
What stage do you work with?
We work with pre-seed through Series A — including pre-revenue startups and nonprofits pursuing major donor campaigns or foundation grants. If you have a clear problem, a credible team, and a defensible market, we can build the raise story around it.
Do you take equity or a success fee?
Never. We charge flat project fees only. Your cap table is yours. We have zero financial interest in the outcome beyond delivering excellent work — which is exactly why founders trust us with this.
How long does the process take?
Raise Ready delivers in 10 business days from your strategy call. Full Campaign is a 90-day engagement with weekly check-ins. Timelines to investor meetings depend entirely on your own outreach and market conditions — we prepare the materials, you run the process.
Do you work with nonprofits seeking grants?
Yes. We adapt the preparation framework for 501(c)(3) organizations pursuing foundation grants, major donor campaigns, and donor cultivation.
