What's included in a pitch deck engagement?
Every pitch deck engagement includes a 45-minute kick-off strategy call, a full narrative structure session, professional design across 15 core slides (executive summary, problem, solution, market size, traction, business model, competitive landscape, team, financials, and ask), an executive summary one-pager, and at least one round of revisions. You receive fully editable PowerPoint and Google Slides source files. Rush delivery (48 hours) is available on the Pitch Ready tier for an additional fee.
Do you work with pre-revenue companies?
Yes. Pre-revenue and pre-product companies are some of our most common engagements — especially at the Seed stage where the narrative, team, and market thesis carry the most weight. We've built decks for companies ranging from idea-stage to $5M ARR. The approach differs by stage, and we tailor the narrative framework accordingly. If you have no ARR, the ROI calculator above won't produce useful numbers for you — reach out directly instead.
How does data room setup work?
We organize your existing materials into a structured virtual data room using your preferred platform (Google Drive, Notion, Dropbox, or Docsend). We define permission tiers (teaser-level vs full-access), create a master document checklist, identify gaps in your current documentation, and produce a diligence-ready folder structure that mirrors what institutional investors expect to find. NDA-gate setup and watermarked access logging are included in the IR Stack and Roadshow packages.
Can BOOJEE help us find investors?
The Roadshow package includes a curated target investor list of 50+ firms and angels matched to your stage, sector, and geography. We also build outreach email sequences and a follow-up cadence system. We do not act as a placement agent or broker-dealer and do not earn success fees on capital raised. We prepare you and your materials — introductions and relationship-building remain with your team.
