Everything about your parent's care
in one place.
You're managing your mom's life from another city — her cardiologist's number, which pharmacy fills her blood thinners, when the supplemental insurance renews, who to call if something happens and your sibling doesn't answer. It lives in texts, sticky notes, and one sibling's head. When something happens, you find out mid-scramble. There's a better way.
What we do and don't do
We organize and remind. We are not a medical service, a monitoring service, an emergency-response service, or a caregiving service. We never contact your parent's providers, facilities, or insurers on your behalf — all information comes from your family. We do not interpret symptoms, advise on care decisions, or suggest medication changes. Reminders state facts and dates only. In an emergency, call 911. This is administrative organization — the same kind a careful, organized family member would do.
What goes inside.
Every binder is built from information your family provides during the intake worksheet — not from any external source. These are the eight sections that make up a complete binder.
From scattered notes
