Terms of Service
1. General Terms
By using any Boojee Estate service — including this website, Boojee Clean, Boojee Maintenance, digital products, and AI front desk services — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Boojee Estate is operated by DLV3, LLC. References to "Boojee," "we," "us," or "our" refer to DLV3, LLC and its operators.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. These terms may be updated periodically; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
2. Boojee Clean — Service Terms
2.1 Booking Deposits
A booking deposit is collected via Stripe at the time of scheduling to secure your service date. This deposit is applied toward the total service cost. The balance is due upon completion of service.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
- 72+ hours before service: Full deposit refund, no questions asked.
- 24–72 hours before service: 50% of deposit retained; remaining 50% refunded.
- Under 24 hours before service or no-show: Deposit is non-refundable. This covers crew scheduling and reserved time blocks.
- Boojee-initiated cancellation: Full deposit refund regardless of timing. We will contact you as early as possible to reschedule.
2.3 Service Guarantee
Every Boojee Clean service concludes with a room-by-room walkthrough. If you identify any area that does not meet the Boojee standard during the walkthrough, we will address it before departing.
If an issue is identified after the crew has left, contact hello@boojee.estate within 24 hours. We will schedule a return visit within 48 hours at no charge.
Boojee Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile or improperly secured items, or conditions resulting from events outside our control.
2.4 Access & Safety
Client is responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time. Our crews use professional-grade, non-toxic cleaning products. If you have specific product requirements due to allergies or sensitivities, notify us in advance.
3. Boojee Maintenance — Marketplace Terms
3.1 Platform Role
Boojee Maintenance is a two-sided marketplace connecting property owners ("Clients") with independent licensed contractors ("Contractors"). Boojee's role is to review and post project listings, vet and onboard qualified contractors, facilitate bidding, hold escrow deposits, and coordinate project walkthroughs.
Boojee is not a contractor, does not perform construction or maintenance work, and is not a party to the service agreement between Client and Contractor.
3.2 Contractor Vetting
Boojee performs reasonable due diligence on Contractors, including review of license and insurance documentation where applicable. However, Boojee does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any Contractor's work. Clients are encouraged to independently verify contractor credentials.
3.3 Escrow & Payment
- Upon project award, the Client pays a deposit into Boojee-managed escrow.
- The deposit is held until project completion and Client sign-off.
- Upon Client sign-off, Boojee releases payment to the Contractor minus the Boojee platform fee.
- Disputed work enters mediation per Section 3.4.
3.4 Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with completed work, notify Boojee at hello@boojee.estate within 7 days of project completion. We will conduct a walkthrough or review, mediate between Client and Contractor, and hold escrow release pending resolution. Boojee's maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the escrow amount held for that project.
3.5 Contractor Terms
By submitting bids through Boojee Maintenance, Contractors agree that all representations regarding licensing, insurance, and experience are accurate; submitted bids are binding for 30 days; awarded projects must be completed to the agreed scope; and Contractors are independent businesses, not Boojee employees or agents.
4. Digital Products
Digital products (PDF guides, playbooks, and similar instant-download products) are delivered electronically. Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final unless the product is substantially defective or not delivered. If you experience a delivery issue, contact hello@boojee.estate within 7 days.
5. Payments & Disputes
All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Boojee does not store payment card information.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting Boojee may result in service suspension. Please email hello@boojee.estate first — we resolve issues quickly and directly.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DLV3, LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Boojee for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Boojee is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, property damage beyond direct service scope, or damages arising from third-party contractor work.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which services are rendered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual (not class) basis.
