Booking Deposits

A booking deposit is collected via Stripe at scheduling to secure your service date. It is applied toward the total service cost. The balance is due upon completion.

Service Guarantee

Every service concludes with a room-by-room walkthrough. Issues identified during the walkthrough are addressed before we depart. Issues identified after the crew has left: contact hello@boojee.estate within 24 hours. We will schedule a return visit within 48 hours at no charge.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile or improperly secured items, or conditions outside our control.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@boojee.estate with your booking reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Digital Products (PDF Guides & Playbooks)

Digital products are delivered electronically and immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, all digital product sales are final.

If you have a delivery issue (email not received, corrupted file, download link expired), contact hello@boojee.estate within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly — including resending or providing a fresh download link.

If the product is substantially defective or materially misrepresented, contact us and we will make it right.

AI Front Desk Services

The one-time setup fee ($497) is non-refundable once the intake session and onboarding have been completed and the AI system is live. If you cancel before your onboarding session, a partial refund of 50% is available.

Monthly service subscriptions ($197/mo) may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-month refunds.

Boojee Maintenance (Contractor Marketplace)

Escrow deposits are held pending project completion and Client sign-off. Refund eligibility for disputed projects is determined through our mediation process. See the Marketplace Terms for full details.
