How to Stop Receiving SMS Messages

STOP

Reply STOP to any BOOJEE text message to opt out immediately. No further messages will be sent.

Additional opt-out keywords

STOP · STOPALL · UNSUBSCRIBE · CANCEL · END · QUIT — any of these will remove you from all BOOJEE SMS communications.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and then no further SMS from BOOJEE Estate. To re-enroll, reply START or contact us at hello@boojee.estate.

BOOJEE does not send promotional or marketing SMS campaigns to lists. All messages are sent in direct response to an inquiry you initiated or a transaction you completed.

When You Might Receive a Text

  • You submitted a quote request or inquiry form on boojee.estate
  • You booked a service (confirmation, reminder, follow-up)
  • Your AI Front Desk build is being completed and we need to confirm information
  • You are an active subscriber to the AI Front Desk Service and a technical alert was triggered
  • You requested a callback via text during a web chat session

Message frequency: Transactional messages only. Frequency depends on your activity — typically 1–5 messages per service interaction. No recurring promotional campaigns.

Message and data rates may apply per your carrier's plan.

How We Obtained Your Number

We send SMS only to numbers provided voluntarily through:

  • Quote request or contact forms on boojee.estate
  • Service booking flows (Stripe checkout or booking form)
  • Direct outreach where you provided your number in writing

We do not purchase phone number lists. We do not send unsolicited texts to numbers not provided directly by the recipient.
