Specialized Aerospace Advisory

Navigate the Aerospace Industry
with Precision Advisory

Major aerospace advisory firms charge $300–800/hour and assign junior consultants to senior problems. FAA compliance programs are expensive to navigate without domain expertise, and MRO procurement without vetted networks routinely runs over budget. BOOJEE Aerospace is an independent advisory and project-coordination partner across FAA compliance, MRO optimization, and defense-contracting readiness — helping operators and OEMs move cleaner, faster, and audit-ready.

What We Do

Six practice areas built for the complexity of modern aerospace — from rotorcraft MRO to orbital systems, each served by practitioners who have lived inside the regulations they advise on.

FAA Compliance

Advisory support for 14 CFR Part 21, 25, 43, 145, and 183 compliance programs. We help coordinate DER involvement, PMA/STC documentation, and continued-airworthiness management so you stay audit-ready year round.

MRO Optimization

Turn-time reduction, labor efficiency benchmarking, tooling investment analysis, and MRO contract renegotiation. We audit your maintenance operation against best-in-class metrics and implement a 90-day improvement plan.

Supply Chain

Aerospace-grade supplier qualification (AS9100/AS9120), DMSMS risk mitigation, dual-sourcing strategy, and bonded-store design. Reduce critical AOG events by identifying single-point failures before they ground your fleet.

Defense Contracting

DFARS compliance, CPSR readiness, proposal writing for DoD RFPs, and cost-accounting system setup for CAS-covered contracts. We support prime and subprime teams across programs of many sizes.

Space Systems

Advisory support for FAA-AST launch-licensing applications, payload safety reviews, range-safety documentation, and mission-assurance planning for commercial launch vehicles and satellite constellations — from application through launch authorization.

Airworthiness Certification

Advisory and project coordination for type certificate applications, supplemental type certificates, AML-STCs, and export airworthiness approvals under bilateral aviation safety agreements (BASAs). We coordinate DER/DAR involvement and help manage international validation with EASA, TCCA, and CAAC.

Our Process

How It Works

1
Discovery & Scoping

A 60-minute structured intake session maps your regulatory environment, program status, incumbent certifications, and the gaps that represent the highest risk or cost exposure.

2
Compliance Audit

Our team conducts a hands-on review of your documentation, quality management system, and active FAA or DoD correspondence — producing a prioritized risk register within 10 business days.

3
Program Execution

We embed our advisors inside your team — attending ACO meetings, managing DER deliverables, and drafting technical data packages — so your staff stays focused on operations, not paperwork.

4
Audit & Closeout

Pre-audit rehearsals, real-time corrective-action support, and a post-close lessons-learned package turn each finding into institutional knowledge, not repeat risk.

Aerospace compliance rewards preparation. Our approach is simple: map the regulatory picture, prioritize the findings that carry the most risk, and coordinate the right people and documentation before the audit — not during it.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked

How do you handle FAA designee (DER/DAR) work?
BOOJEE is an independent advisory and project-coordination firm, not an FAA-appointed designee organization. When a certification project requires a Designated Engineering Representative (DER) or Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR), we help you scope the work, prepare the technical data package, and coordinate with an appropriately appointed designee and the Aircraft Certification Office. We do not perform designee functions ourselves.
How quickly can you mobilize for an urgent audit situation?
Enterprise retainer clients receive a 4-hour response target. For urgent project engagements, we can typically have an advisor engaged within 5–7 business days. If you are within 30 days of an FAA or DCAA audit, contact us immediately so we can help you prioritize readiness and corrective-action work.
What size operators do you typically work with?
We work with operators of many sizes, from small Part 145 repair stations to larger defense-program teams. The Compliance Review tier is designed for smaller operators who need expert guidance without sustaining a full-time compliance department; Program Support and Enterprise tiers suit mid-size and larger programs.
Can you support ITAR-controlled or classified defense programs?
Requirements for ITAR-controlled or classified work depend on your program's facility clearance and access structure. We can advise on compliance and readiness for these programs and coordinate with cleared personnel where a program requires it. We assess clearance and access needs case by case rather than assuming they are in place.
Can you support international airworthiness validations?
Yes. We help coordinate validation projects under frameworks such as EASA, TCCA (Canada), CAAC (China), and ANAC (Brazil) through the applicable bilateral agreements. We help prepare bilateral submissions and manage foreign-authority correspondence — a process that often takes 12–36 months and benefits substantially from experienced project management.
