How do you learn my brand voice?

We start every engagement with a structured Brand Intake session — typically 45–60 minutes on Zoom. We ask about your tone, competitors you admire, content you hate, customer language, and business goals. That becomes your Brand Voice Doc, which every piece of content is written against. You also review and approve the first month's calendar before anything is scheduled.

Do I need to provide photos?

Not necessarily. For most packages we create custom graphics that don't require your photography. For businesses where personal imagery matters (restaurants, retail, personal brands), we'll let you know which types of shots are helpful. We can also work with your existing photo library. Reels and Stories scripts may note where original footage would perform best, but we always have a non-video fallback.

Which platforms do you cover?

We specialize in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok — the three platforms that drive the most ROI for local and service businesses. LinkedIn is available on the Social Full plan as a fourth platform add-on. Twitter/X is available as an add-on on request. We do not currently manage Pinterest, Snapchat, or YouTube as primary channels.

How are posts approved before going live?

At the start of each month you receive a full content calendar via Google Sheets or a shared Notion board — every post, caption, graphic, and hashtag set. You have a 72-hour review window to request edits or approve. Once approved, everything is scheduled. Nothing goes live without your sign-off on the calendar.

What if I want to post myself too?

Absolutely — post whenever you want. We coordinate your scheduled posts so they don't conflict, and if you share behind-the-scenes photos or video with us, we can work those into the calendar too. Many clients post personally 1–2 times a week on top of our content. We handle the consistency; anything extra you add is a bonus for the algorithm.
