Common Questions

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend a minimum of 6 weeks for day-of coordination packages, and 3+ months for full-planning and estate experience packages. The further out, the more venue and vendor options we can secure for you.

Do you work outside Connecticut?

Yes — we coordinate events nationwide through our network of local vendor partnerships in major metro areas. Travel fees may apply for events beyond the tri-state area; we'll outline these transparently in your proposal.

Can you work within a tight budget?

Day-of coordination starts at $798 and is designed to maximize the value of a plan you've already built. We'll always be straightforward with you if your vision and your budget don't align — no time wasted.

What if a vendor cancels last minute?

We maintain verified backup vendor relationships in every service category — catering, A/V, florals, staffing. A vendor cancellation is a logistics problem we absorb, not a crisis you deal with.

Do you handle corporate billing / net-30?

Yes. Business invoicing with net-30 payment terms is available for verified companies. We support purchase orders and can work with your AP department. Contact us to set this up before booking.
