Done-For-You Email List Building · Local Businesses · From $198/mo
Your email list is the only
audience you actually own.
Mailchimp charges $13–$350/mo to send to a list you build yourself. Klaviyo starts at $45/mo. Boojee builds and manages the entire thing — lead magnets, opt-in forms, welcome sequences, and monthly broadcasts that keep people coming back and buying again. Your list. Zero platform risk.
Your best customers are invisible to you.
Instagram followers? The platform owns them. Google rankings? One update away from gone. The average local business owner has zero direct line to their customers — which means zero repeat revenue without paid ads every single time.
We fix that. We build your opt-in system from scratch, grow your list with proven tactics, and keep it warm with monthly broadcasts — so when you have something to sell, you already own the audience that wants it.
Everything your list needs to grow.
We handle every piece of the list-building machine — from the first opt-in form to the monthly broadcast. You never touch the tech.
We create a branded opt-in incentive your customers actually want: a PDF guide, a discount code, a checklist, or a resource kit — designed, written, and formatted for your business. The lead magnet is the reason people say yes to joining your list.
We install and configure your opt-in form on your website plus a timed exit-intent or scroll pop-up. We write the copy, set the timing logic, and A/B test the call-to-action. No bad pop-ups — ours get ignored less than 40% of the time.
A dedicated opt-in landing page you can drive traffic to from social media, Google, QR codes, or paid ads. Clear headline, lead magnet preview, and one single action — subscribe. Hosted on your domain, built to convert.
We configure your email service provider from scratch: domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sender reputation warmup, list segmentation, and compliance setup. Whether you're starting fresh or migrating an existing account, we handle every technical layer.
The most important emails you'll ever send are the first five. We write and schedule a 5-email welcome series that delivers the lead magnet, introduces your brand, tells your story, surfaces your best offer, and primes new subscribers to buy. Auto-sent the moment someone joins.
Every month we write, design, and send a broadcast email to your list: a promotion, a content piece, a seasonal offer, or a re-engagement push. You approve the content before it goes out. We handle everything else — subject line, preview text, send time, and deliverability check.
Six ways we grow your list every month.
Opt-in forms are just the start. We deploy every subscriber channel your business has — online and in-store — so your list grows from every angle.
We work in your platform, not ours.
Whether you already have an account or we're starting fresh, we configure your email service provider from the ground up — authentication, lists, templates, and automations included.
Don't see yours? We also work with Drip, MailerLite, Brevo (Sendinblue), Flodesk, and most other major ESPs. Ask us.

Real lists. Real revenue.
These aren't vanity metrics. Every result below started with zero subscribers and a business owner who finally had a direct line to their customers.
"We went from zero email subscribers to 847 in sixty days. They set up the pop-up and the QR code at the counter and it just started working. I had no idea how many people actually wanted to hear from us."
"One broadcast email about our fall promotion drove $12,000 in sales over a weekend. Twelve thousand dollars from one email to 1,400 people. I'd been leaving that money on the table for three years."
"They took our old customer list, cleaned it up, and ran a re-engagement campaign. We reactivated 340 past customers who hadn't bought in over a year. That's $18K in sales from people who we thought were gone for good."
Common questions.
Which email platform do you recommend?
It depends on your business type. For brick-and-mortar retail and service businesses just getting started, we usually recommend Mailchimp — generous free tier, easy to use, and excellent for the broadcast-first model. For e-commerce businesses on Shopify, Klaviyo is the clear winner thanks to deep native integration and revenue attribution. For coaches, consultants, and service providers, Kit (formerly ConvertKit) is our preference — cleaner automation and a tag-based system that scales elegantly. We configure whichever makes most sense for you, and we'll tell you exactly why before we start.
How fast will my list grow?
That depends on your traffic. For a business with consistent foot traffic or an active website, most clients see 100–400 new subscribers in the first 30 days once the pop-up and opt-in system is live. Businesses with QR codes deployed at the point of sale add another 50–150/month from in-store alone. The welcome sequence keeps those new subscribers engaged so your open rates stay high. We report subscriber growth monthly so you can see exactly where growth is coming from.
Will email hurt my sender reputation or land in spam?
Not if it's set up correctly — which is exactly why proper ESP configuration matters. We authenticate your sending domain with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records before sending a single email. We warm up your sender reputation gradually, clean unengaged subscribers monthly on Growth and Authority plans, and monitor deliverability with each broadcast. An improperly configured email account can absolutely land in spam. A properly configured one, sending to people who explicitly opted in, typically achieves 40–60% open rates in the first 90 days.
What if I already have an email list?
Even better — we start with a list audit. We clean out invalid addresses, identify your most engaged subscribers, suppress inactive contacts to protect your sender reputation, and set up proper segmentation so your broadcasts go to the right people at the right time. If you're already sending emails, we review your current templates, subject line approach, and send timing and give you specific improvements to implement immediately. Migration from one platform to another is also included if you want to switch ESPs.
Is this different from email automation or drip sequences?
Yes — this service is specifically focused on growing your list from zero. The email automation service (/email-automation/) manages drip campaigns and behavioral sequences for businesses that already have a list and want sophisticated automation. If you don't have subscribers yet, start here. Once your list is healthy and growing, we can layer in advanced automation on top. Many clients use both services together — list building to grow the audience, automation to convert them.
