Do I really get a custom design, or is this a template?

Not a problem. The Pro Site and Estate Build packages include a brand system (wordmark, color palette, type pairing). For the Business Site, a simple wordmark is included. You bring your business name; we build what you need to look credible from day one.
Who writes the copy for the pages?
We handle first-draft copy for every page based on your intake form and discovery call. You review and we refine. Most clients are surprised how little they actually have to write — just answer our questions and we translate them into words that sell.
What platform will my site be built on?
We recommend clean, fast builds using WordPress, Webflow, or hand-coded HTML/CSS depending on complexity and your long-term needs. We pick the right tool for you — not the one that's easiest for us. You own everything: domain, hosting, files, and code.
What happens after the 30-day support window ends?
You own the site outright and can maintain it yourself, hire anyone you like, or retainer us for ongoing updates. We'll quote a monthly maintenance plan if you want hands-off peace of mind — but there's zero obligation to stay, ever.
