Is this clinical advice or dental consulting?
Neither. BOOJEE Dental Practice Growth is operational and marketing consulting only — practice management systems, patient communication workflows, and digital marketing infrastructure. We do not provide clinical guidance, staffing certification, or regulatory compliance advice. Always consult licensed dental consultants and your state board for clinical and compliance matters.
Which practice management software do you integrate with?
Our primary integrations are Dentrix and Eaglesoft. We also work with Curve Dental, Open Dental, Carestream, and most major PMS platforms through API or middleware connections. We'll confirm compatibility during your practice audit before any work begins.
How long before we see new patient results?
Most practices see an uptick in inbound leads within the first 2–3 weeks as the funnel and Google profile go live. Measurable new patient growth typically shows in month 2. Recall automation results (re-activated patients booking) usually appear in the first 30 days. We document everything so you can see exactly what's working.
Do we need to change our current software or workflows?
No major disruptions. We work alongside your existing PMS and front-desk workflows. We add systems on top of what you have rather than requiring you to rip and replace. The exception is online booking — if your current setup has friction, we'll recommend a replacement and handle the migration.
What is your relationship to HIPAA?
BOOJEE is a marketing and operations vendor, not a HIPAA-covered entity, and we do not guarantee HIPAA compliance. We aim to design workflows to be HIPAA-aware — favoring messaging platforms that offer a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) where applicable and avoiding PHI in marketing automations. Where our services touch protected health information, we can sign a BAA with your platform vendors. Your practice remains the covered entity responsible for its own HIPAA compliance; please review all implementations with your HIPAA compliance officer or legal counsel before launch.
