Overview
BOOJEE Invoicing is a fast, private invoice builder for local businesses. Create professional invoices with your logo and colors, share them as a link (no account needed for your client), print them, and track which are paid. It runs entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded.
Open BOOJEE Invoicing →Getting Started
- Open the app and add your business details once (name, email, phone, logo URL, brand color) — they auto-fill future invoices.
- Click New invoice, add your client, and add line items (description, quantity, unit price). Totals, tax, and the grand total calculate automatically.
- Add your payment link (your Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, or bank instructions) in the Payment field.
- Hit Preview / Share to copy a link to a clean branded invoice, or Print for a paper/PDF-via-browser copy.
- Mark invoices Sent and Paid to keep track.
Features & How-To
- Branded invoices — your logo and accent color on every invoice.
- Line items + tax — add/remove rows; subtotal, tax %, and total update live.
- Shareable link — Preview/Share encodes the invoice into a link your client opens with no account.
- Print — a print-only view shows just the invoice (browser Print → Save as PDF if you need a file).
- Status tracking — Draft / Sent / Paid badges on your invoice list.
- Your own payment link — the invoice shows a "Pay" button pointing to wherever you collect money.
- Private by default — invoices are saved in your browser (localStorage), not our servers.
Pricing
Free to start (up to 3 BOOJEE-branded invoices). Pro is $8/mo (scaling to $18/mo) for unlimited invoices, full custom branding, and the BOOJEE mark removed. See the product page for current details.
FAQ
Do my clients need an account to view an invoice?
No. The Share link opens a read-only branded invoice in any browser.
Can I collect payment through BOOJEE?
Not yet — today you add your own payment link (Stripe/PayPal/Venmo/bank). BOOJEE-managed payments are coming soon.
Where is my data stored?
In your browser only (localStorage). Clearing your browser data or switching devices means the invoices won't follow unless you re-enter them. Keep share links for anything important.
Can I make a PDF?
Use Print, then "Save as PDF" from your browser's print dialog.
How do totals and tax work?
Each line is quantity × unit price; the subtotal sums the lines, tax applies your % , and the grand total adds them.
Troubleshooting
- Invoices disappeared — they're per-browser; check you're on the same browser/device and didn't clear site data.
- Share link too long — very large invoices may exceed link limits; use Print/Save-as-PDF instead.
- "Pay" button not showing — it only appears when your payment field contains a valid http(s) link.
- Billing / account questions — see your Member Dashboard.
