No. If you don't have a QuickBooks subscription yet, we'll recommend the right plan for your business size (Online Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, or Advanced) and help you get set up. We work with both QuickBooks Online and Desktop versions.
Most Full Migrations are complete within 5 business days. Complex histories with multiple bank accounts or 2+ years of transactions may take up to 7 days. We'll give you a firm timeline after reviewing your intake form.
That's exactly what the Full Migration package is built for. We've untangled multi-year messes, duplicate entries, and misclassified transactions before. If the scope is significantly larger than typical, we'll discuss a custom quote before proceeding — no surprises.
Yes. Part of our User Access & Permissions setup is creating an Accountant user role so your CPA can log in directly, run reports, and make adjusting entries at year-end without needing your owner credentials.
No. Both packages are one-time fees. The Starter includes 30 days of email support and the Full Migration includes 60 days. After that, you're fully self-sufficient — or you can hire us for ongoing monthly bookkeeping at a separate rate.
