Do I need to already be on the cloud to use Boojee IT Infrastructure?

No. We work with on-premises, hybrid, and fully cloud-hosted environments. The audit covers your current setup wherever it lives — physical servers, colocation, AWS, Azure, GCP, or a mix. We meet you where you are and build a migration path that makes sense for your business.

What is included in the 2-hour response SLA?

For any P1 (business-critical) incident — complete outage, data breach indicator, or production system failure — a Boojee engineer begins active investigation within 2 hours of alert or ticket creation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Response SLA applies to Managed IT and Enterprise tiers.

How does Boojee handle security incidents?

We follow an incident response playbook aligned with NIST SP 800-61. On detection, we isolate affected systems, begin root-cause analysis, preserve logs for forensics, and communicate status every 30 minutes until resolution. Enterprise clients receive a post-incident report within 72 hours.

Can you take over from our existing IT vendor or internal team?

Yes. We have a structured onboarding process for transitions — including documentation transfer, credential handoffs, and a 30-day overlap period so nothing falls through the cracks. We're also happy to operate as a supplement to your internal team rather than a replacement.
