Accounts scattered across multiple banks, brokerages, and platforms — none of them talking to each other.
No single consolidated picture of net worth across every account, property, and asset.
Hours each month spent manually reconciling statements and chasing down numbers.
Advisor meetings that start with sorting paperwork instead of talking strategy.

The complete financial picture
of your estate.

Four pillars. Every dimension of your financial life, organized and surfaced in one coordinated view.

Pillar 01
Account Aggregation

All bank accounts, investment accounts, retirement funds, crypto holdings, real estate equity, and business cash positions — reconciled into one consolidated dashboard. One number. Always current.

Pillar 02
Property & Asset Tracking

Real estate valuations, vehicle fleet, business interests, collectibles, and insurance coverage — tracked, dated, and surfaced with relevant milestones. Your estate's asset register, always accurate.

Pillar 03
Cash Flow Intelligence

Monthly income and expense summary, rental property cash flow, subscription audit, and recurring cost reduction analysis. We find the leaks before they compound into a problem.

Pillar 04
Advisor Coordination

Briefing packets for your CPA, estate attorney, and financial advisor — we prep the context so your billable-hour meetings are efficient. You show up informed, not scrambling.

Three ways clients use
BOOJEE Financial.

Not one size. Choose the delivery rhythm that matches how your life operates.

Ongoing Monitoring

We organize.
Your advisors decide.

The kind of work
a Command month includes.

An illustrative example of the coordination work a Command-tier engagement can cover for a client with a real estate portfolio and multiple business entities. Illustrative only — not a specific client.

Command Engagement — Example Scope
Multiple accounts • Multiple properties • Multiple operating entities
  1. 1Monitor linked accounts across banks, brokerage platforms, crypto custodians, and rental property operating accounts throughout the month
  2. 2Flag subscription charges that increased since last quarter — compile a cancel/negotiate summary for your review
  3. 3Surface upcoming lease renewal windows on commercial properties — send advance alerts with a renewal checklist
  4. 4Assemble a quarterly briefing packet for your CPA: categorized P&L by entity, reconciled expense categories, and open items to review
  5. 5Reconcile monthly statements for rental properties — identify charges that appear allocated across entities incorrectly
  6. 6Alert on income (such as dividends or distributions) that hasn't been logged — add it to the income summary
  7. 7Track net worth trend month-over-month and note the drivers behind the change
  8. 8Compile an insurance coverage audit — flag lapsed policies and properties that appear undercovered relative to current valuation
  9. 9Coordinate with your estate attorney's office: deliver an updated asset schedule ahead of scheduled meetings
  10. 10Produce the 10-page Monthly Brief — net worth, cash position, income by source, and upcoming obligations for the next 60 days
  11. 11Identify recurring charges that belong to a different account or entity — reclassify and document them for your records
  12. 12Queue the next quarter's advisor prep package — pre-organized tax documents, YTD income by entity, and an open items list for CPA handoff

Finally knowing where
the money actually is.

A single consolidated picture of your finances — accounts across every institution, rental properties, and business entities pulled into one view you can check every morning.

Common questions,
straight answers.

Do you have access to move or withdraw money from my accounts?

No. BOOJEE Financial is a read-only information and coordination service. We never hold, move, or touch your funds. Where read-only account connections are used, access is view-only and cannot initiate transactions. We organize and surface information — that's it.

Is BOOJEE Financial a financial advisor or investment firm?

No. We are not a registered investment advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, fiduciary, or licensed financial planner. We are an information organization and coordination service. We do not provide investment recommendations, tax advice, or legal guidance. Your licensed professionals do that — we make sure they have the right context to do it well.

What kinds of accounts and assets can you track?

We can track checking and savings accounts, investment and brokerage accounts, retirement accounts (401k, IRA, SEP), crypto holdings, real estate equity (based on estimated or appraised valuations), business cash positions, vehicle fleet value, collectibles and hard assets, outstanding loans and obligations, and insurance policies. If it has a dollar value and you own it, we can track it.

Can you coordinate directly with my existing financial advisor or CPA?

Yes — this is a core feature of the Intelligence and Command tiers. We assemble pre-meeting briefing packages and context documents tailored to your advisor's needs. For Command clients, we can communicate directly with your advisory team on your behalf to deliver packages and answer organizational questions. We do not give them advice — we give them context.

How is my financial data secured?

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use bank-grade 256-bit AES encryption for stored information and TLS for all data in transit. Access to your financial information is role-restricted and audited. We do not sell, share, or license client data to third parties. Full data handling practices are disclosed in our service agreement at onboarding.
