  • What's the earliest you can plan an event?

    We can execute events with as little as 3 weeks lead time for events under 75 guests. For larger events and activations, 6–10 weeks is ideal.

  • Do you only work in certain cities?

    We work in all major US markets. For destination events and estate gatherings, we engage local vendor networks with our oversight.

  • Can you handle virtual or hybrid events?

    Yes. Hybrid event production (in-person + live stream) is a standard offering. Fully virtual events are handled through our AV/production partners.

  • What if something goes wrong day-of?

    We maintain a contingency plan for every event: backup vendors, alternative timelines, and a crisis protocol. In 200+ events, we have never had a complete failure — because we plan for failures before they happen.
