Questions
What counts as a "standard bag"?
Roughly one full kitchen-size bag / a standard laundry hamper (about 15–18 lbs). Oversized loads may need a second bag — we'll confirm before charging extra.
Do you handle delicates or dry-clean-only items?
We wash & fold everyday laundry. Flag delicates on the form and we'll hand-handle or set aside dry-clean-only items — we don't machine-wash those.
