Is the trip planner free to use?
Yes — completely free. The planner (itinerary builder, packing checklist, budget estimator) runs locally in your browser and saves to your device. No account required, nothing is sent anywhere until you choose to submit a trip request.
When does concierge service cost money?
Only after you submit a trip request and we discuss the scope together. Pricing depends on the complexity of the trip — a weekend getaway is different from a month-long international itinerary. We'll give you a clear figure before any work begins. You are never charged automatically.
What destinations do you cover?
Worldwide, with no geographic restrictions. Our concierge team sources options for domestic weekend trips, international travel, and multi-country itineraries. Remote or unusual destinations may require additional lead time for sourcing; we'll tell you upfront if that applies.
How is this different from a travel booking site?
Booking sites surface inventory from their catalog. We work for you — starting from your specific preferences and finding options that match, including properties, experiences, and logistics that aren't always on the major platforms. Nothing is auto-booked; every option goes through you first.
