BOOJEE Shield is a human-reviewed digital monitoring and reporting service. Each cycle a human analyst searches breach databases, social platforms, data brokers, and image-search tools for exposure related to the people on your plan, then writes up findings and recommended actions in a structured report. It is expressly not a licensed investigative service, a private security firm, a physical guard service, or an emergency-response capability. We produce informational reports — you and your security team decide what to do with them. We do not contact platforms, file legal notices, or coordinate takedowns unless separately engaged.

After checkout you receive a receipt email with instructions to reply with your intake details: names, email addresses, phone numbers, usernames and social handles, and the people covered under your plan. Monitoring starts when we receive completed intake — not at purchase. You can also write hello@BOOJEE.estate directly. If your intake reply is missing details we will ask for the missing fields the same business day; the clock starts when complete.

Yes — cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal linked in your receipt, or by writing hello@BOOJEE.estate. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of your current billing period. If you have not yet sent intake and wish to cancel and receive a refund, write us — we refund rather than argue on a subscription you have not yet used. For the one-time audit, the refund window is prior to the delivery of your completed report.

The quarterly deepfake and likeness sweep is a manual reverse-image and keyword search on major platforms (Google Images, Bing, social networks, public video platforms) using reference photos you provide at intake. We document what we find and include platform-specific reporting steps in the report. What it does not cover: dark web or access-restricted forums (we have no special access), emerging platforms not covered by standard reverse-image search, or audio/voice deepfakes. We also do not file takedown requests on your behalf as part of the standard sweep — that is a separate engagement.

No. The audit is a remote, non-intrusive review: a guided intake questionnaire about your network devices, router configuration, smart-home setup, and known exposures, combined with a scan of your externally visible IP surface using publicly available tools. We deliver a prioritized, plain-English fix list. We do not attempt to break into your systems, exploit vulnerabilities, or conduct active intrusion testing. If you need a formal penetration test by a licensed firm, we can discuss a referral.

We use publicly available breach-notification databases (such as Have I Been Pwned and similar aggregator tools) plus manual searches of known breach paste sites. Results are reviewed by a human before they appear in your report — we do not send raw automated query output. We do not have access to private law-enforcement databases or real-time dark-web monitoring feeds. Our scope is open-source intelligence and publicly accessible breach data.

Command-tier clients receive a dedicated escalation email address (in the welcome packet) for confirmed findings that need prompt attention — for example, a live impersonation account or a discovered credential dump. We commit to acknowledging and beginning triage within 24 hours on confirmed findings. This is not a 24/7 monitored SOC or emergency hotline; it is a committed response window for serious findings during business operations. For physical security emergencies, contact law enforcement.
