How is the "5+ hours a week" guarantee honored?
If the report doesn't surface changes that credibly save you 5+ hours a week, we refund the $998 in full. We only take this on when we're confident we can find the time.
Do I have to buy the implementation?
No. The assessment stands on its own — many clients take the report and run it themselves. The expansion menu is there if and when you want us to build it.
