Industry-Targeted Packs
Same verified data, filtered to a single industry across all states. Built for niche agencies — dental marketing, salon websites, auto-shop outreach, and more. Premium price for premium focus.
Why Industry Packs Cost More Than State Packs
A dental-website agency doesn't want 4,000 auto shops in their list — they want 1,597 dental practices, nationwide, sorted by state. Industry packs give you zero-noise prospect lists pre-filtered to your exact niche. Same clean data, same fields, same no-email policy. Higher price reflects higher targeting value, not more data.
Businesses With a Website — But It's Weak
Our audit engine scored 600 live business websites. 223 scored below 60/100 — or were unreachable. These are your highest-value prospects: they already have a budget (they paid for a site) and a documented problem. No convincing needed.
Why These Leads Are Premium
- Each business was scored by our BOOJEE audit engine in real time — no manual guessing
- Score below 60/100 means documented failures: missing mobile tag, no meta description, no HTTPS, no contact info, slow load, broken pages
- Existing site = existing budget. They've already bought once. Easiest pitch you'll make
- Top 3 issues included in every row — you have the opening line of your cold call before you dial
- Multi-state, multi-category spread: beauty, auto repair, dental, medical, veterinary, florists
- No emails — clean directory data, no CAN-SPAM risk

Honest Methodology
600 live sites sampled from our directory, scored via the BOOJEE grader engine (12 real checks: HTTPS, mobile viewport, title/meta, H1, Open Graph, favicon, contact signals, robots.txt, page speed, page weight). Sites scoring below 60 or returning errors are included. Scores are real — no fabrication. Data compiled July 2026.
Who This Is For
Anyone who builds websites for local businesses.
Source & Honesty Note
This data is sourced from OpenStreetMap — a free, public, contributor-built business directory. It was queried for service businesses in five states, filtered to entries with no website tag, then cleaned and deduplicated. No web scraping of live websites, no purchased lists, no emails. This is a market-research directory file, not a contact list. Phone numbers are as-published in the public OSM database and are not guaranteed to be current. Use for research and outreach at your own discretion, consistent with your local laws and platform terms.
FAQ
How do I receive the file after purchase?
After your Stripe checkout completes, we email the CSV file to the address you used at checkout within 2 hours during business hours (next business morning otherwise). The file is delivered as an email attachment. If you don't see it, check spam or email office@boojee.estate.
Why no email addresses?
We intentionally exclude email addresses. Personal and role emails scraped from directories create compliance risk (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA). Without emails, this is a clean B2B market-research directory — the same kind of data found in industry reports and public business registries. Use the phone number to reach out, or look up the business on Google for contact details.
How fresh is the data?
The data was compiled from OpenStreetMap in mid-2026. OSM data quality varies by region — major metro areas tend to be well-maintained; rural areas may have more gaps. We don't guarantee completeness or that every business is still operating. Treat this as a prospect list to be called and verified, not a production CRM.
How many small businesses in Pennsylvania don't have a website?
Our mid-2026 data pull found 6,066 service businesses in Pennsylvania with no website listed in the OpenStreetMap directory. Beauty salons (2,482) and auto repair shops (2,154) are the largest categories. Pennsylvania's density makes it the highest-yield single-state pack we offer. The true number of websiteless businesses in PA is likely higher — OSM captures public directory data, not every business in operation.
How do web designers actually use a no-website lead list?
A standard workflow: (1) Download the CSV for your target state or industry. (2) Sort by city and category — pick a niche and geography you can serve. (3) Call the listed phone number. A simple opener: "Hi, I'm a local web designer — I noticed you don't have a website yet. Are you open to a quick chat about what that might look like for you?" (4) Log interested prospects in your CRM. No cold emailing, no TOS risk, no per-search subscription cost. The list does the filtering work you'd otherwise spend hours on manually checking Google Maps.
Why buy this instead of using a scraper tool like SiteFinder or Webleadr?
Scraper tools pull from Google Maps on demand — useful for custom city+category searches, but they charge per-search or subscription fees, and bulk Google Maps scraping technically violates Google's TOS. Our lists are built from OpenStreetMap (ODbL open license) — one-time purchase, yours forever, no TOS exposure. The tradeoff: OSM covers less geography than Google. If you need live, nationwide, any-city coverage, a scraper tool is better. If you want pre-filtered Mid-Atlantic/Southeast data right now, no ongoing cost, clean and compliant — our CSV packs are the faster, cheaper option.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is a digital download, we generally do not offer refunds after the file is delivered. If the file is corrupt or missing rows (verifiable), contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
Do you have data for other states?
Currently we have five Mid-Atlantic and Southeast states: Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, and West Virginia. We are expanding. If you want a specific state, email office@boojee.estate and we'll prioritize it.
Can I use this commercially / resell leads?
You may use the data for your own client prospecting and outreach. You may not resell the raw CSV files. Derivative use (e.g., building a service where you reach out on behalf of clients using this as research) is fine.
How Many Local Businesses Still Don't Have a Website?
The opportunity is bigger than most web designers realize.
Estimates vary by source, but industry surveys consistently show 30–40% of US small businesses operate without a website. In the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast states we cover, our mid-2026 OpenStreetMap data pull found 16,378 service businesses — beauty salons, auto repair shops, dental practices, medical clinics, florists, and veterinary clinics — with no website on record.
That's a conservative number. OSM is contributor-maintained and won't capture every business in a region. The actual pool of no-website prospects in these five states is almost certainly larger. But 16,378 pre-filtered, verified-no-website businesses is enough to fill a web designer's pipeline for years.
The industries with the most no-website businesses
Across all five states in our dataset:
- Beauty & Hair Salons: 7,459 — the single largest category. Salons are notoriously slow to adopt websites, partly because their client base is word-of-mouth and partly because owners are too busy cutting hair to think about SEO.
- Auto Repair Shops: 4,570 — mechanics and tire shops often run on repeat customers and signage. A simple site with hours, services, and a phone number can dramatically expand their reach.
- Dental Practices: 1,597 — dental marketing is high-value. A dental website agency will pay top dollar for a clean prospect list.
- Medical Practices: 1,410 — GP offices, specialists, and clinics increasingly need a web presence for patient discovery.
- Veterinary Clinics: 535 — tight niche with less competition for your outreach.
- Florists: 497 — seasonal upsell machines. A florist without an online booking page is losing Valentine's Day and Mother's Day orders to someone who has one.

Targeting redesign prospects, not just no-website businesses?
Our Website Redesign Prospects pack ($148) is scored data: 223 businesses that have a website but it scored below 60/100 on our audit engine. These are often the warmest prospects — they've already paid for a site once and have a documented problem. Scroll up to see that product.
